  Summary Description  
  Participants will learn how to deliver effective oral presentations that are designed to meet the needs of specific internal and external audiences. During the program, they will acquire and practice skills needed to: prepare and deliver powerful presentations, keep the audience’s interest through the use verbal and non-verbal communication, and support a presentation with powerful visual aids.  
     
  Methodology  
  The instructor will present, model, and discuss presentation concepts and techniques. Participants will prepare and deliver presentations to the group and they will be video taped to enable instructor and group feedback to improve the presenters’ performance.  
     
  Target Audience  
  Business managers, relationship managers, product sales specialists, and credit staff at all organizational levels who need to improve their negotiation skills.
