| Genesis recognizes that addressing performance deficiencies requires a multidisciplinary blend of interventions of which training is often a major component but not the only one. Other elements, such as adequate processes and organizational structures, or clear reward and recognition systems, are also required to achieve desired levels of performance. Genesis strives to assess the root causes of underperformance and will make and implement recommendations designed to bridge the gap between actual and desired performance levels. When designing, developing and deploying solutions using a performance perspective, Genesis will use a combination of interventions that may include: Training: distance learning, instructor-led and on-the-job, Organizational design, Competency assessment, Performance-based reward and recognition, Business process improvement and Coaching and mentoring. |
