Genesis teams up with ESADE, one of the world’s leading business schools, to design and deliver senior level credit risk training.

Boston, October 26, 2007. Genesis International has joined ESADE, which, for the second year running, has been named the top international business school by The Wall Street Journal, to deliver a three-week program to experienced executives at one of Europe’s largest international banks.

The program will target carefully selected senior analysts, relationship and line managers from the group's operations worldwide. It will seek to develop the knowledge and skills to effectively manage credit risk in the Corporate and Middle Market banking segments. While ESADE will focus on building the foundation for effective risk management, Genesis will leverage its internationally recognized 4-Pillars Analytical Framework to put the concepts learned into practice. Genesis’ weeklong intervention will have participants spending 75% of their time working in teams, discussing cases, and participating in games and simulations.

The program is the highest level credit training this Top-10 global bank provides to its managers who are flown in from around the world. It is scheduled to run once a year, rolled out in three separate one week modules from October to January.
