Genesis launches 'silo-busting' advanced Retail Risk program at top European global bank

Boston, July 7, 2010. Genesis is implementing a novel 4-week Retail Risk program custom-designed for a top global bank headquartered in Europe. The program targets senior managers and high potentials from the bank's global operations. The audience includes senior risk managers, commercial directors, product specialists and collections managers.

The program employs an integrated risk analysis methodology to tackle the full range of products for both consumer and SME clients. The credit cycle is addressed from product planning and admission through to portfolio management and shaping and ultimately collections.

Fritz Newman, Genesis' Executive Partner leading the project says, "Our client sought a highly participative, 'silo-busting' program that would be strategic in its orientation but also foster practical, common-sense decision making."

The fourth and final week of the program will be delivered in September. Going forward, it will offered annually to the Group's staff around the world.
