Genesis launches new Wealth Management program in the mass-affluent client segment
 

Boston, February 8, 2012. Named High Performance Client and Investment Product Management, the seminar is a dynamic, interactive 2-day exercise seeking to improve participants' understanding of their clients' risk profiles and investment objectives as linked to family, business and succession "life goals". Participants acquire practical experience through role plays and cases focusing on a consultative dialogue and using a "mental model" that will help the relationship manager have a productive dialogue with the client to discover needs, formulate an investment plan, and select the appropriate products to implement it. Through this process the relationship manager can simultaneously address clients' needs and generate sales opportunities.

High Performance Client and Investment Product Management enables the relationship manager to become more professional, confident and consultative in approaching the client and to be regarded as trusted advisor. Applying the process and behaviors learned in this program will build a sustainable relationship which meets more client needs and generate more sales for the bank.
