Genesis is not a software developer, nor do we promote any one analytical or monitoring system. At Genesis we keep current with developments in risk management. We work with clients to incorporate "best practices" that are applicable to their businesses and workable within their country environments. This often includes helping customers select from among the many programs developed and sold by specialist vendors.

We tailor our work to the local reality in each country and for each bank or financial institution. While many practices in Europe or the United States can be successfully transferred to emerging markets countries, others have limited application. Whether we are working in Europe or Asia or the Americas, we adapt our implementation to the local environment.

Genesis has been involved in projects in over 45 countries of diverse geographic, demographic and economic characteristics. In assigning consultants to each project Genesis factors in country and regional experience as well as technical skills. With the extensive international exposure that our senior consultants have had in their banking careers, we feel very comfortable working in diverse markets and economic environments. In addition, we follow proven analytical methodologies when gathering and analyzing information.

Genesis has and will partner with both local consultants and larger international management consulting companies who call us in on projects of varying types. However, first and foremost, we partner with each of our clients to draw on that client's internal resources and experience.
